I started using this company several years ago.  They provide a fully integrated open-source development infrastructure.  Their subscription program provides you with the latest versions of numerous of open-source projects (Apache, mySQL, Hibernate, phpBB, CVS, Ant, Struts, JBoss, Eclipse, etc.) and automatically installs and configures them for you environment.

It saves tons of time, because you no longer have to download all of the projects yourself, unzip them, and then manually install and configure them.  OpenLogic sends you a CD every quarter with all the latest installs.  It provides Linux and Windows versions.  Simply select the projects you want, and it does the rest for you, including installation, setting PATH variables, correct folder structures, and dealing with project inter-dependencies.

It's especially useful when you do a lot of consulting, and need to setup a new development environment each time...definitely worth a look!
