Big congrats to Steve Maine who has made the jump over to Microsoft. I don't think this was a huge surprise to anyone who knew Steve, he was made to work at MS. In fact I was talking to a couple people the other day and we were wondering how long it would take before he made the move.

So congrats and good luck!
