Steve Rubel points to a Microsoft Research report - which has some pretty horrifying numbers on BlogSpot and a number of other sites:

Blogspot - the free platform tied to Blogger - is among the top doorway domains for spam. Some 74% of Blogspot blogs are used as splogs.
