James and I have been casually working on Swallow. It's a demo of how to do Widgetry in VisualWorks and in a way rapid development too. We have a rough plan to get to v1 and we're feeling confident that we're on track. I added a Swallow Icon today and did some banner artwork for Jim when he does the website too.

The next piece of work I'm doing is changing the list of twitter statuses in to something with an icon and wrapped text. That should be an interesting task given that Widgetry wasn't really build for that kind of list structure.
