So did anyone else pick up that the reason the women are dieing on the island when giving birth is because Ben is on the island? The island is transmitting the deepest darkest nasties of their subconscious and Ben is the reason the pregnant women die - just like his mum did - giving birth.

The clock is ticking to save Sun. Will they figure it out in time? Will they find the mechanism that projects Ben's diseased mind on to the island or will they simply just kill him in time?

Season 4 will either re-introduce the Dharma initiative, in full force with nasty weaponry - or it'll introduce another player in the saga of the island. I hope it's Dharma with a vengence, the only problem is that our cast aways will be targets too.

Each season has focused on a different group of people. Season 1 - the first crash survivors, Season 2 - the second crash survivors, Season 3 - the others. Season 4 will be Dharma. After all, they hit the big bang button on the comms tower which would have alarted Dharma to the fact that the others had taken over. Dharma, who had thought all was well, has come a knocking.

The only refuge for the others and the cast aways will be wherever the hostiles were hiding when Dharma was there before - and that will be in the caverns where the Cerberus system is hidden, hopefully revealing some interesting truths about the island.
