It's a travel day today and what travel day wouldn't be complete for me if something didn't go wrong - like the starter engine on the plane breaking and needing to be replaced. One hour later, we finally take off. So now my connecting flight is stuffed - I'm going to get to Ottawa 4 hours later than originally anticipated. Doh. Here's the interesting bit though - this was the same plane I'd just been on for the last 12 hours flying from Sydney to Honolulu. We get off so they can refuel it and bam, in that period of time, the starter engine breaks. Wonderful stuff these planes. A 767 btw.
