The very last thing you need is help from SEO "experts", or some kind of "website lead" system - what you need is transparency, honesty, and lots of information. People hate it when information is hard to find, and they really hate it when you tell them that they have to fill out a form to get it.

Marketing is way, way too important to leave to the "professionals".
