For those of you who have been reading my blog for a while, you may know that I don't have the best of luck with travel.. especially not international travel.

This trip, it appears, will be no different. The flight was originally scheduled for a 5:30pm departure. This changed to 4:20pm and I had plenty of warning, so Martin Kobetic and I got to the airport nice and early, only to discover the departure time had been pushed to 6:10pm. No worries.. it turns out the plane was having some mechanical problems.

However, it's now 4:15pm and it's snowing in Vancouver! .. the flight is now departing at 7:30pm. The period between arriving in Vancouver and departing for Sydney is rapidly shrinking. My international connection is still good .... for now.
