If you're an Analyst and you're fulfilling the role of Product Owner on an agile team, focus on:
  • 'The What' - what does the business need.
  • 'The Why' - why is it valuable to the business and how much value does it have.
  • 'The When' - prioritise it by the value to the business.
Leave 'The How' to the team.
