The DC Ruby group (thanks, Chris Selmer!) was kind enough to extend an invitation to me, so I went down and talked about Smalltalk and Seaside, with some hands on demonstrations. You can actually watch the three things I talked about, because I've done videos of them:
The presentation went pretty well - I showed 7 slides to introduce Smalltalk, and then dove straight into the demos. I got a lot of good questions, many of them around things like "how do you refactor when you only edit one method at a time"? It's always fun to talk Smalltalk to a group that isn't really familiar with it :)
