I've been offline since the middle of the afternoon - Comcast seems to have dropped tv and net service across large swaths of Maryland (based on the zip code listing I heard at the start of my last call to them.

So how did I get this up? My daughter needed to get a review sheet from her school's website, so I dug up some ancient dialup information and got her online. Let me tell you, we don't miss the modem noise or the raw (lack of) speed :)
