Well, this sucks - I fell asleep as we left the gate here in Dallas, woke up maybe 30 minutes later - and found myself still on the tarmac. This was not a good sign - and my seatmate informed me that I had missed an announcement stating that we have a 2 hour delay. A two hour delay on the tarmac? What's up with that?

It's a complete dearth of information, too - I tried checking on my phone, but American Airlines site is claiming that the flight is only 30 minutes late (*cough*). I can check flightstats.com, because it seems to be utterly broken for mobile devices (good plan, that).

Of course, by the time this gets posted, I'll be on the ground - it's not as if I have network service here, either :/

Oh, and for even more fun - they didn't bother turning on the power ports, so all I have for amusement is battery life (and if I decide to play Civ IV, that will last a few seconds).

Sigh

And finally home, at nearly 8 pm...
