This is the kind of thing that makes people ignore even valid copyright claims by the music labels. What kind of moron decides to call this 30 second clip infringing? When you decide that everything is an infringement, what actually ends up happening is that nothing gets respected as infringing. The whole thing just becomes self defeating.
