Via Scoble, we see that Steve Balmer saying that Windows averages $12 a year in cost. It's simply too amazing a statement to begin to make fun of; I've spent more money (in terms of my time) than that figuring out why Windows Update made it impossible to use dhcp on my wife's computer....
