I'm still not entirely certain what happened, but I had an epic failure with my Web Velocity demo this morning. Things worked yesterday afternoon, and they worked at the hotel last night - but they fell apart during the demo. To add insult to injury, my mic kept falling off :)

Update: Doh! The problem seems to be a bad interaction with Firefox 3, the latest build, and the local network. Things worked fine in Firefox 2 and in Safari. With the audience in front of me, I didn't think to try that :/
