The quality of video from StS has been uneven - I've been unable to process the HD files I have (I am working with tech support from Voltaic on that issue). However, for what I do have (and for the 100 GB I have from ESUG), things are looking up:
I bought an iMac to replace the old Mac Mini, and I'm offloading a fair bit of the video conversions to it
The video I have from ESUg is much better quality than the non HD, ad-hoc stuff we took at StS after my camera broke (and, there were no loud air handlers at ESUG)
So the videos I start pushing out for ESUG should be a lot better than what I had for StS - unless I can get the HD stuff processed, in which case I'll have some good stuff from there as well. Stay tuned :)
