This list includes only core defines, all the extension defines aren't included. Several extensions were made core in 3.0 but I haven't renamed their constants in this list.

There may be errors, just let me know and I'll look in to it. Oh and the GL_ prefix has been omitted.

This list of defines is meant to act as a companion to the forward compatible entry points by /dev/klog.
