I see that flight attendants for American Airlines are asking for content filtering on the new WiFi service:
American Airlines flight attendants are urging the world's largest carrier to filter its in-flight Internet service to block access to pornography and other Web sites the workers said were inappropriate.
I have to wonder how real a problem that is, though. Ever stepped into a newsstand at the airport? They sell a variety of magazines that are inappropriate in exactly the same way. I'm sure someone has splashed open a centerfold at 30,000 feet, but I've never seen it done - and I rather expect that the online version of this behavior will be about as rare.
