As you've probably noticed, we've been having bandwidth issues on the site recently - the various videos and podcasts that have been posted are popular enough that when they were combined with:

• Insufficient bandwidth
• The way iTunes and other podcatchers work

We ended up with a real problem. Fortunately, our IT group just upgraded our bandwidth, so things should be better. The only thing that delayed us was the remnants of Ike hitting Cincinnati - as Troy chronicled on his blog, our corporate offices lost power for almost 4 days. Other than that though, they were very responsive and got things to where they need to be.
