Steve Jobs was rushed to the ER just a few hours ago after suffering a major heart attack. I have an insider who tells me that paramedics were called after Steve claimed to be suffering from severe chest pains and shortness of breath. My source has opted to remain anonymous, but he is quite reliable.

I noticed this in Mathew Ingram's twitter feed. Regardless of what you think of Apple, Steve Jobs is, for all intents and purposes, Apple. I'm not really sure how they would do without him at the helm; do they even have a leadership plan without Jobs?

On the "maybe not so reliable" side, I don't see a reference to this on CNN, MSNBC, Fox News, or Drudge - if the story were even vaguely sourced, it would almost certainly land at the top of Drudge.
