I love this: a judge won't dismiss out of hand a monopoly suit against Apple and AT&T over the iPhone:

Judge James Ware of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California ruled that the plaintiffs in the case had shown sufficient monopolization of the iPhone voice and data services aftermarket and therefore denied the motion to dismiss.

Someone should bring a BlackBerry to Judge Ware and ask him whether he recognizes it. Or heck, a Windows Mobile phone, or an Android phone. While they're at it, they'll need to use small words - I'm pretty sure that two and three syllable ones would give Ware trouble.
