I just received an interesting question in a comment to one of my screencasts, which I'll post in full:

It would be very very helpful if we could post questions on your tutorials, while watching your screencasts I do get a few questions in my mind, I am not sure whether questions should be asked here in your blog or there is any place where I could ask which I am not aware of.

I'm always open to comments or email - but here's another thought: record an audio file, and send it to me via email. I can then play your question on a screencast (or possibly during our podcast), and answer it directly.
