Trade shows are in a general decline:
Big companies are looking at the millions of dollars they spend for booths (not to mention bringing employees to) and are realizing that itâs just not getting the return on investment that they should get.
While we hardly spend millions ate StS, we spend a fair amount given the size of our business - and there are simpler and less expensive ways of reaching the Smalltalk community. As I mentioned yesterday, we'll be doing a roadshow this year - we've nailed down some North American and European sites already. We'll have details about that soon.
