As predicted, all the deprecated features in OpenGL 3.0 are indeed removed in OpenGL 3.0. A preview of the new specification is available for download at: http://www.opengl.org/registry/doc/glspec31.20090324.pdf

There's also a version that includes ARB_Compatibility, which includes all the old OpenGL 2.x and 1.x stuff in a backward compatibility mode, but I believe it muddies the waters considerably: http://www.opengl.org/registry/doc/glspec31undep.20090324.pdf
