It seems that my confusion over the Stream.get interface had to do with a copy/paste error on my part. In creating the boilerplate of the interface, I left 'Status.get' as the call I was making. Of course that meant that my results varied from what I should have seen; I thought there was an interesting permissions issue since all I saw were my own posts.

Anyway, that's been addressed, so I should be able to proceed with adding a Facebook stream reader into BottomFeeder now. At present, a request to Stream.get yields this:
