The MS/Yahoo search deal does seem pretty complex; Henry Blodget has the details. It looks like both firms will need new bureaucracies just to figure out what the heck they just signed on to; a full employment act for company lawyers, I guess. Whether it ends up making business sense someday? Impossible to tell, I think...
