Twenty years ago, I could stay up until 1 or 2 AM three nights in a row to watch the Yankees, short myself on sleep, and then feel as if I made it all back on the weekend.

Not today. I woke up before 9 AM, and just tossed and turned. I finally rolled out of bed so as not to wake the wife up, and stumbled downstairs with my crushing headache. Heck, I didn't even have so much as a single glass of wine last night :/

So in the fall, I guess I need to turn into one of those "early bird special" senior citizens, and get to bed early. Bah
