Last night - what a mess. Despite trying to get to bed early, i spent the night fighting a hypo that wouldn't go away. At 1am I was down to 48mg/dl and i was hurtin' for it. After fixing that, I managed to get some sleep - when I woke up at 5am, I was at about 87mg/dl. My insulin requirements go nuts when I exercise - and I suspect the anticipation of flying / the activity of flying, will be treated much like exercise for me. I'll have to keep a close eye on my bgl for the whole trip to France. I really wish I had those bgl sensors right now.
