JOOPS has decided to make their UML modeling code open source. Here's the announcement I got in email:

The package is available from http://www.joops.com/UMLForSmalltalk/UML.zip. The archive contains:

JOOPS-ObjectLinks.pcl and JOOPS-ObjectLinks.pst The parcel with all framework classes. The parcel has no prerequisites and is loadable with VisualWorks 7.4 or higher.
All classes are contained in the namespace Joops.UML, and in the package JOOPS-ObjectLinks. All is generated by parceling in.
UML.mdl and UMLLinks.cat The UML-description of the framework with the modeling tool Rational-Rose from IBM
