We're getting closer to the release of VW 7.7 and OS 8.2 - the next build that comes out to vw-dev should be marked as a release candidate. What does that mean? It means that if nothing serious gets reported against it (either from our vw-dev community or internally), then it'll become the formal release and we'll ship. To shorten that down, all the major work of the release cycle is done now; we're getting into release mode. Stay tuned; we should be shipping pretty soon.
