This week we spoke to Dave Buck, who has recently returned from a consulting job with an ObjectStudio customer upgrading from OS 7.1 to OS 8.1. There were a few interesting issues that cropped up, and we thought they made for generally interesting information - so here it is.
As I pointed out at one point in the podcast, both ObjectStudio 8.2 and VisualWorks 7.7 have just gone gold - they should be shipping before the end of December, with the NC editions up soon as well. ObjectStudio 8.1 was Vista Certified, and now ObjectStudio 8.2 is Windows 7 Certified - it's still the only Smalltalk development environment that can say that :)
