I'm learning OOAD, and I have a question about class diagram. After design, only the class diagram will be passed to programmer to develop? I feel it should be insufficient, because programmer would be difficult to know the logic of every method of class.

yeh that is insufficent.

Though it is more useful if you may provide activity diagram, sequence diagram, state machine diagrams.

Still we need to provide a kind of literature that should clearif what is gonna be behaviour of each of the class, operations etc..
