Table Design for Yellow Pages

I am currently designing a Yellow pages service and currently have the following tables.
Listing - PK ListId, SubCategoryId *, CompanyID *
Company - PK CompanyID, CompanyName, Address, TownID *, ProvinceID *
Town - PK Town ID, ProvinceID *
Province - PK ProvinceID, ProvName, CountryID *
Country - PK CountryID, CountryName
Category - PK CategoryID, CategoryName
SubCategory -PK SubCatID, CategoryID *
The fields for tables are not complete but this basically forms the basics of what i have done so far.
Please help me if there is fundamental tables i have left out
PK - Primary Key
* - Foreign Key
