Sun's lawyers are being a bunch of assholes to Ted Neward.

When big companies try to steamroll individuals with their cadre of lawyers, you really have to stand up for what's right. Ted is a superbly intelligent Java guy (I loved Effective Enterprise Java, and I'm not a Java developer!). For Sun to try to shut him down is just plain suicidal. When the lawyers are finished, who in the community will be left to advocate?
