I only see one glaring one in Barry Bonds's career home run stats, which you can see in this chart I made: graph of Barry Bonds's home runs, by season

In fact, if he'd toned it down a bit and hit, say, a merely-impressive 46 homers in 2001 (red path) instead of a gaudy 72 (blue), the only statistically salient thing would have been his durability.

Of course, this is pretty superficial, and completely ignores the fact he went from lithe athlete to He-Man, but in terms of hitting home runs, his douche-baggery isn't nearly as obvious as people make it seem.
