I have absolutely no desire to us PHP4 any longer. While PHP5 is not perfect, it is leaps and bounds better than PHP4 for what I care about (syntax). I know Marcus is also committed to PHP5, afterall, he is writing a book on PHP5 for Apress. So, we are going to discard PHP4 compatibility and go ahead and move CEP over to PHP5.
