For those of you in the SF bay area, there's a free developer conference this weekend in Los Altos. It is held at Foothill College and has several interesting Java presentations on the agenda, including a JavaPosse episode recording, David Pollak on the Lift web framework, and a talk I'm giving on Dealing with Failure in Software.
