Hi David,
Just to let you know, when you now click on the Suggest link at the bottom of the page of the eBook, it will show all other comments that were previously made about that page. This was something several people suggested, and it is now deployed.
And to everyone a request. Please use the Suggest link at the bottom of the eBook pages to submit feedback. It is really helpful to us, in part because it is all in one place. Posting comments to this forum, or emailing us, or putting them on the errata page, means we will have to go chasing comments down from multiple places. We appreciate feedback in any form, of course, but highly encourage folks to use the Suggest link.
We will by the way have an errata page on Artima for the book once finished. We don't have one for the PrePrint's because the contents are in flux. Now that you can see others' comments when you click on the Suggest link, on a page by page basis, I think that should solve the problem David was trying to address with his errata page.
