I'm sorry to post here, but not sure where else to. I purchase the eBook and clicked the download link however, the AcroReader v9 says "There was an error opening this document. The file is damaged and could not be repaired." I then tried on my Mac, and it reports "File error. Couldn't open the file."

Interestingly enough, on Windows, the file size is 3.9MB, on the Mac it is only 1.9MB.

How can I get my book?

Sorry guys. Soon after the website started giving 500 errors (out of memory). Then it said restarting. After some time passed, I was able to download the book and now have a copy of it on my desktop. Thanks!
