copy/paste

I'm a happy "copy/paster" and frequently copy code snippets from the book in a prompt. Would it be possible to leave out the heading pipes at the start of a line?

And while I'm at it, put my name , vertical in the page, horizontal at the bottom or top?
Or does this fall in the category layout?

Yes, thanks for the suggestion. We should be doing this by the next PrePrint release.
