Hi,
I changed my physical address after I ordered the ebook+paper edition combo. Is it possible to change the shipping address somehow? At least the artima.com "your settings" page doesn't allow me to change my address.

BTW: there are no contact information email addresses or similar in the site for asking this kind of questions..
