The next meeting of the Bay Area Scala Enthusiasts (BASE) will be held on Tuesday 10th February 2009 at the Googleplex in Mountain View. We will hold the meeting in Kazan, which is in Building 40 of the Googleplex, starting at 7pm (we decided on the later time at the last meeting). Meet in the Building 40 lobby starting at 6.45pm to sign in, and we will head in to the room at 7.
This month, Jorge Ortiz has volunteered to "talk for three days" about actors in Scala. We believe that we can keep him down to 60-90 minutes instead. There will not be food, but some refreshments will be available. It is recommended that you eat before the event or bring something along with you.
