Source code download? Posted: Jul 25, 2013 6:52 AM

Hello, I have a question concerning the source code from the book.
Since this is a practical, code-driven book I am reading it and in parallel trying out the source code as I read. But, there are missing bits and pieces that are taking out the time on the reader's side. Just one (last) example: on page 274 I see a method makePilot() but no implementation.
I also noticed that many people tried (as I did) to create GitHub repos with content from the book but none of them completely successful.
So can you please release the source code (or give the link where it can be found - I am sorry if I missed it), it would make the book experience much more enjoyable...

Some request here. Thoroughly enjoy this book, but missing makePilot() is driving me crazy.

I worked through the book and put my code here:

I was using the pre-print of the book, and there are probably some differences, but that code worked for me.
