It was great to see islamians ...
well you will find some greatb articles on web servives on ibm site ...and one specifically discusses the life cycle ...then www.webservices.org is a kool site ...microsoft has quite a lot of info about it ....
but if you are new i would suggest you to use Glue toolkit and it would make things very much easy for you ...u can find it at www.themindelectric.com but if you are developin some big thing ...then go for capeconnect ..it is a complete IDE for web services and thats all ...
