I am a newbie in the web services field. One thing always bothers me is why web applications prefer to keep the code that describes the look of the Web site separate from the code that handles the application semantics. When web programmers write the web services in JSP, XML/XSLT, or AJAX, how do they manage the separation of it? Do you have any small examples, both good and bad? Thanks a lot.
