I am building an intranet and have to connect to a database via a java api. How do you do this from ASP? Do you have to wrap the api in a dll?

Sorry I can't remember the details, but an article on this appeared a long time ago on Webmonkey: "Extending IIS", July 1999.

You can create classes built in java and call methods on them from your asp page.
