The client would like candidates to be in the VA or surrounding areas (VA/DC/MD/NC/SC) The client is looking for a strong C# developer with the desire to move into a project management or architecture role. Candidates should be strong on web services and the .Net framework. Candidates should have technical lead experience and have excellent documentation skills for technical specifications. The client will not offer any relo or interview expense for this position.
Candidates will participate in a small local cross-functional team and direct the development efforts of a 5-person team in Bangalore, India to build B2B integration applications
Focus primarily on the business objects used in web-based applications and the client's BizTalk integration and workflow system. The systems are built with an object-oriented design utilizing .Net (ASP.Net and C#), BizTalk 2004 and an Oracle database Help select technologies and architect products that are rapidly re-defining the industry.
Minimum Qualifications: 4+ years object-oriented analysis and development experience in a 4+ Microsoft environment Expert knowledge of designing and developing business objects including concepts such as inheritance, parent/child relationships and transactional structure. 4 year technical degree 3-4 years experience with Visual Basic, ASP.NET and C# (or a strong VB background) 2 years experience documenting software design Experience leading development teams Strong communication skills
