How to make a method deprecated?

In a user defined class, like if suppose i've alreaded launched
a my package 2 some customer and if i've some alternate methods
for the same purpose(just like in jdk) how to make the old method
deprecated, i.e if suppose my customer is using my old methods
which is still supported but not encouraged, while compilation
it should give a warning just like when v use jdk deprecated methods.

can anyone help me regarding this
