Cyberspace-Netscape can't load the plugin!

Hi,

I installed the plugin in netscape's directory. But, it's not
being loaded properly. I get the following error when any Place
link is clicked.

"Could not load the plug-in 'Netscape Communications Corp.
Win Template' for the MIME type 'application/x-serviceui'.

Make sure enough memory is available and that the plug-in is
installed correctly."

I am running Windows 95. Tried this on another machine with
Windows 2000. That seems to be fine. Do I need to do anything
special when I am on Win 95?
