The article is very nice and very useful.
if you can provide some information in pictorial manner such flex framework architecture and etc.. then it would be easy to us to understand.
I just want to ask "is Flex supports data driven approach programming model?" when i have seen data bindings i came through this confusion.

We need code coverage! :)

FWIW, I'm a bit suprised that JavaFX didn't adopt XML as the declarative language, although the script syntax is pretty declarative itself. Using XML makes the distinction between declarative and programmatic quite easy to grok.
